PNWU’s overall benefit plan is comprehensive and competitive in the market, offering an array of traditional benefits to eligible employees including, medical, dental, vision, retirement, long-term disability, life insurance, and time away. PNWU also offers a wide range of cultural benefits to attract, support, reward, and retain employees. Most benefits are available the first of the month following date of hire for eligible employees .5 FTE or greater, and benefits may be prorated up to full-time status.
