Bill Huibregtse, PE

Vice Chair

Mr. Huibregtse retired in 2006 as president and CEO of Huibregtse, Louman Associates, Inc., a civil engineering and land surveying firm based in Yakima, Washington, which provides professional engineering and surveying services throughout Central Washington. Mr. Huibregtse has also served for the past 24 years as president of Triplet Enterprises, Inc., which is a Yakima, Washington based property development and management firm.

Mr. Huibregtse earned his bachelor of science in civil engineering from Washington State University and held professional engineering licenses in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho, with his career in professional engineering spanning four decades.

Mr. Huibregtse has served on the boards of several community organizations including service as president of the board of the Yakima Family YMCA, president of the board of the Terrace Heights Memorial Park, a Governor appointed member of the State of Washington Public Works Board, Yakima Regional Planning Commission, and the Yakima County Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care Council.

Bill and his wife Mary Huibregtse, a retired educator, were both born and raised in the Yakima area and, in their retirement years, are continuing to enjoy their three children and spouses, and grandchildren. Two of their children and families are now enjoying fourth generation living in the Yakima Valley.
